	December 17, 2008: Draft Guidance: Calculating VOC Flash Emissions from Crude Oil and Condensate Tanks at Oil and Gas Production Sites The Air Permits Division is seeking public comment on calculating VOC Flash emissions by January 30, 2009.

	December 11, 2008: New TCEQ Guidance Regarding Vacated MACT Standards The U.S. Federal Courts have vacated several Maximum Achievable Control Technology Standards. The TCEQ is posting two memorandums to provide guidance.

	November 5, 2008: Proposed Federal Clean Air Act, Section 111(d)/129 State Plan The EPA adopted emission guidelines for existing incineration and combustion units. The TCEQ is accepting comments on the incorporation of these emission guidelines into Chapter 113, Subchapter D, new Divisions 3 - 5, and into the Federal Clean Air Act, Section 111(d)/129 State Plan.

	October 31, 2008: Update on Air Quality Modeling Guidelines (formerly RG-25) Update regarding Modeling Guidance Information.

	July 9, 2008: Amended Air Quality Standard Permit for Temporary Rock and Concrete Crushers The TCEQ has issued amendments to the air quality standard permit for temporary rock and concrete crushers. These amendments include certain exceptions for rock crushers providing aggregate exclusively to public works projects.

	May 9, 2008: Draft LDAR Conditions The Air Permits Division is seeking public comment on special conditions for six leak detection and repair (LDAR) programs by May 27, 2008.

	May 1, 2008: New Public Notice Policy for New Source Review Permit Renewals Renewal public notices will now explain changes that have occurred since issuance. Effective May 19, 2008, permit holders will be required to submit revised Form PI-1R.

	Feb 7, 2007: New Surface Coating Requirements If you apply surface coating to metal parts, you may need to certify that you will not emit more than 10 tons per year (tpy) of a single hazardous air pollutant (HAP) and less than 25 tpy of total HAPs for the site.
