HB 149: Temporary Rates
Due to open section conflicts with Rule 2007-048-291-PR (scheduled for June 18, 2008 Adoption Agenda), this rule package is scheduled for the August 6, 2008 Proposal Agenda and the projected January 9, 2009 Adoption Agenda.

Document Filing Procedures
This rule modification would revise the number of copies submitted to the Chief Clerk for documents filed for commission meetings.

DFW DERC Flow Control
The proposed rulemaking would make changes to Chapter 101, Subchapter H, Division 4 to provide the executive director the authority to void the transfer or use of DERCs for the purpose of controlling the flow of DERCs consistent with the level relied upon for the SIP.

Alternative Output-Based Monitoring Option for Engines and Turbines in HGB
This rulemaking allows for an output-based alternative for emissions monitoring and reporting for stationary engines and gas turbines in HGB.
