The original Texas Risk Reduction Program (TRRP) rule (30 TAC
350) and conforming rule changes were published in the Texas
Register on September 17, 1999 and became effective on
September 23, 1999. The rule establishes response action
requirements for the corrective action program areas of the
TCEQ.
TRRP Rule Revisions
The TCEQ has completed the rulemaking process to revise 30 TAC
Chapter 350, the Texas Risk Reduction Program (TRRP) rule. The
revised rule is effective March 19, 2007.
