All community water systems must certify by July
1 of each year to the Texas Commission on Environmental
Quality that they have provided the Consumer Confidence Report
(CCR) to their bill-paying customers and non–bill-paying
consumers by the July 1 deadline.
Small Systems (<500 Population) with NO VIOLATIONS
All Other Systems
Return 1 copy of this completed form and 1 copy of the CCR that
you delivered to your customers to:
