Registering to Apply Water Treatment Sludge to Land

Before you may apply water treatment plant sludge to land in Texas you must:

• Complete form TCEQ-00552 (PDF), Registration of Land Application of Water Treatment Sludge. (Help with PDF.) You can find the instructions in the same file as the form.

• Print out and complete Annual Sludge Summary Report Form (Water Treatment Plant Sludge Only). (PDF)

• If you have not done so already, complete form TCEQ-10400, the Core Data Form.

• Submit the completed forms to the address shown in the instructions of TCEQ-00552.
