Registering to Apply Domestic Septage to Land

Before you may apply domestic septage to land in Texas you must:

Complete form TCEQ-00565 (PDF), Application to Register a Site for Beneficial Land Application of Domestic Septage. (Help with PDF.) You can find the instructions in the same file as the form.
Print out and complete Annual Sludge Summary Report Form (Domestic Septage Only). (PDF)
If you have not done so already, complete form TCEQ-10400, the Core Data Form.

The rules for this regulatory program can be found in Title 30, Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 312, Sludge Use, Disposal, and Transportation.
