Class B Sludge: Permits for Application, Processing, or Disposal

Under the rules found in Title 30, Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 312Exit TCEQ (HTML), you must obtain a permit from the TCEQ before you begin to do any of the following with Class B sewage sludge:

Each of these activities also requires you to file reports regularly with the TCEQ. These permits may be transferred by obtaining the approval of the TCEQ.
