Under the rules found in Title 30, Texas Administrative Code,
Chapter 312
(HTML), you must obtain a permit from the TCEQ before you begin to
do any of the following with Class B sewage sludge:
Each of these activities also requires you to file reports
regularly with the TCEQ. These permits may be
transferred
by obtaining the approval of the TCEQ.
To Obtain a Permit to Process or Dispose of Class B Sludge

Complete form
TCEQ-00744 (PDF), Application for Permit to Process,
Surface Dispose, or Incinerate Sewage Sludge. (Follow the

If you have not done so already, complete form TCEQ-10400 (PDF),
the Core Data Form (PDF) (Word) (Instructions -

Submit the completed Core Data Form and your Notification to the
address shown in the instructions to form TCEQ-00744.
