Notification of certain Class A sewage sludge land application activities is required as shown in Title 30 Texas Administrative Code, Part 1, Chapter 312, Subchapter A General Provisions, Rule §312.4 Requirements for Sewage Sludge Permit, Registration, or Notification.

Before you may apply Class A sewage sludge to land in Texas, you must:

• Notify the TCEQ as described in Instructions and Procedural Information for a Notification of Certain Class A Land Application Activities (PDF). (Help with PDF.)

• If you have not done so already, complete form TCEQ-10400, the Core Data Form (PDF) (Word) (Instructions - PDF) (More information can be found on the TCEQ Central Registry Core Data Form - Instructions and Guidance web page.).

• Submit the completed Core Data Form and your Notification to the address shown in the notification instructions.
