For a fee of $75, you may ask that we complete our processing of
your application for a surface casing
letter in four working days. Expedited processing is
not available for saltwater
disposal letters.
To request expedited processing, complete the
Expedited Surface Casing Recommendation Payment Submission
Form. Submit this form and your payment in a separate envelope
from your request for the letter itself. (This form and your
payment go to the TCEQ Cashier at the address shown on the
form.)
