Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP) for Industrial and Hazardous Waste

Every fiscal year (September - August) the TCEQ submits to EPA, for approval, a QAPP detailing state regulatory requirements related to the management of waste under the Industrial and Hazardous Waste and UIC Programs. The document titled Environmental Monitoring and Measurement Activities Relating to the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act and Underground Injection Control, otherwise known as the RCRA/UIC QAPP, describes how the agency collects samples for analysis from contract laboratories along with details of the corresponding criteria for the data quality. In addition, the RCRA/UIC QAPP provides a detailed checklist for the permittee. The checklist identifies data the agency needs for program data review compliance. If you need any of the attachments, you can contact the RCRA/UIC Quality Assurance Specialist at (512) 239-6751 or e-mail: ihwper@tceq.state.tx.us.
