Step 6: Calculating Fees: Tier II Chemical Reporting
This is the sixth of six reporting steps. Our fee schedule provides fees due for type of facilities. Also see examples and instructions to assist operators of multiple facilities in calculating the total filing fee required to be submitted for multiple Texas Tier II reports.
Are there fees and where is my invoice?
- All Tier II facilities are required to pay a reporting fee except federal facilities.
- The agency does not send invoices.
- Payments should be made when submitting Annual and Initial Tier II Reports.
- * State agencies and public colleges may request an invoice for an interagency transfer voucher (ITV).
How much do I pay?
Fees are determined by your North American Industrial Classification System code and categorized into two categories of facilities. They are then based on the number of chemicals per facility.

How do I pay my fees?
