Sludge Transporters: Am I Regulated?

If you plan to transport any of the following, you must register as a sludge transporter:

  • sewage sludge
  • water treatment sludge
  • domestic sludge
  • chemical toilet waste
  • grit trap waste
  • grease trap waste
