Air GOP No. 516: Site-Wide General Operating Permit
Site-Wide GOP Permit Number 516 was developed for use by major source sites that have no unit-specific
applicable requirements and are only subject to the applicaable requirements codified in the GOP. Types
of sources issued this GOP include, but are not limited to, shoe factories and paper companies. The permit
holders of GOP No. 516 were required to submit an application for a site operating permit (SOP) on or
before September 1, 2004.
