The Air Quality Standard Permit for Oil and Gas facilities is authorized under Title 30, Texas Administrative Code (30 TAC) Sections 116.601-615, and (30 TAC) Section 116.620.

To determine whether your facility qualifies for this Standard Permit, first consider this quick screen:

  • Are your total sitewide Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) emissions greater than 25 tons per year?
  • Is your facility handling sour gas located less than one quarter of a mile from the nearest off-plant receptor?
