Quick Screen
To determine whether your facility qualifies for this Standard
Permit, first consider this quick screen:
- Are your total sitewide Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) emissions greater than 25 tons per year?
- Is your facility handling sour gas located less than one quarter of a mile from the nearest off-plant receptor?
If the answer to either of the above questions is "Yes," then your facility
cannot meet the conditions of this standard permit. See Types of New
Source Review Authorizations for other options.
