December 11, 2008: New TCEQ Guidance Regarding Vacated MACT Standards
The U.S. Federal Courts have vacated several Maximum Achievable Control Technology Standards. The TCEQ is posting two memorandums to provide guidance.
 
November 5, 2008: Proposed Federal Clean Air Act, Section 111(d)/129 State Plan
The EPA adopted emission guidelines for existing incineration and combustion units. The TCEQ is accepting comments on the incorporation of these emission guidelines into Chapter 113, Subchapter D, new Divisions 3 - 5, and into the Federal Clean Air Act, Section 111(d)/129 State Plan.

Nov. 27, 2006: Air Curtain Incinerator Title V Permit Deadlines
Air curtain incinerators (ACIs) used for the disposal of 100 percent wood waste, 100 percent clean lumber, 100 percent yard waste, or 100 percent mixture of only those wastes are subject to Title 40 Code of Federal Regulations Part 60, Subpart EEEE (Standards of Performance for Other Solid Waste Incineration Units for Which Construction is Commenced After December 9, 2004, or for Which Modification or Reconstruction is Commenced on or After June 16, 2006).
 
Oct. 10, 2004: Delegating Signature Authority
In response to comments relating to the July 2004 announcement, effective September 1, 2004, the TCEQ will no longer accept title designations with respect to the Title V program.
