Air Permits Announcements, Updates, and Advisory Groups

Currently, the Air Permits Division (APD) conducts outreach to interested parties through Web postings, listserver and via large and inclusive e-mail groups. For more than a year, the TCEQ has successfully provided an automated e-mail service to advise interested parties of updates to agency programs, including Air Permits. Interested parties can sign up for announcements related to New Source Review, Permits by Rule and Title V Operating Permit announcements and policy memos and guidance memos.
