If you apply surface coating to metal parts, you may need to
certify that you will not emit more than 10 tons per year (tpy) of
a single hazardous air pollutant (HAP) and less than 25 tpy of
total HAPs for the site. Review the
letter that was mailed December 6, 2006 to see if this standard
40 CFR Part 63 Subpart MMMM applies to you. The
