The Standard Permit for Thermoset Resin Stakeholder Group was
formed for the purpose of receiving comments and suggestions on a
new proposed standard permit replacing the existing Title 30 Texas
Administrative Code Section 116.392 (30 TAC Section 116.392),
Thermoset Resin Facilities.
About This Advisory Group
The Air Permits Division is developing a standard permit for thermoset resin facilities. The thermoset resin standard permit
will include specifications and limitations for typical equipment types for the most common thermoset resin facilities throughout

Participating in This Stakeholder Group
The Standard Permit for Thermoset Resin Stakeholder Group is
open to the public; anyone who wishes to join may attend the
meetings. We anticipate that the group will include representation
from the thermoset resin industry, consultants associated with the
thermoset resin industry, environmental groups, public interest
groups, and individual citizens.
Upcoming Meetings
The next meeting of the Air Quality Standard Permit for Thermoset Resin Stakeholder Group
has not yet been scheduled. The time, place, and agenda will be
posted here when available.
