The Permits by Rule (PBR) Study Stakeholders Advisory Group was
established in June 2003 by the Texas Commission on Environmental
Quality (TCEQ), Air Permits Division (APD).
About This Advisory Group
The PBR Study Stakeholders Advisory Group will discuss issues
related to proposed changes to Title 30 Texas Administrative Code
Chapter 106 (30 TAC Chapter 106). The group will provide the APD
with expanded knowledge and resources to help with the development
of amendments to the general requirements of 30 TAC Chapter 106 and
to specific PBRs.
Participating in This Advisory Group
This group is open to the public, therefore anyone who wishes to
join may attend the meetings. The group will have representation
from recent PBR applicants, industry association representatives,
consultants, environmental and citizen action groups, and law
enforcement officials.
Upcoming Meetings
The next meeting of the PBR Study Stakeholders Advisory Group
has not yet been scheduled. The time, place, and agenda will be
posted here when available.
