The Agricultural Air Standard Permits Stakeholder Group was formed for the purpose of receiving comments and suggestions
on seven draft air standard permits, covering seven agricultural industry types.
About This Advisory Group
The Air Permits Division is seeking comments on the technical and administrative requirements and provisions of seven draft
agricultural air standard permits. The seven air standard permits would cover dry bulk fertilizer handling, peanut drying
and handling, grain elevators/grain handling, feedmills, cotton ginning facilities, pipe reactor operations, and agriculture-related
anhydrous ammonia storage and distribution.
Participating in This Advisory Group
The Agricultural Air Standard Permits Stakeholder Group is open to the public; anyone who wishes to join may attend the
meetings. We anticipate that the group may include representation from the agriculture industry, environmental groups,
public interest groups, and individual citizens.
