The TxLED Stakeholder Group is an open-participation group that
will meet periodically to discuss issues related to compliance with
the program.
About the TxLED Stakeholder Group
The TxLED Stakeholder Group is open to the public and will meet
periodically to discuss issues related to improving the low-emission diesel
program in Texas. Areas of planned discussion include
administrative review of the Alternative Emission Reduction Plan
compliance option, as well as registration and reporting
requirements.

September 23, 2005, the Governor of the State of Texas has issued

Minutes and Agendas of Meetings
The first meeting of the stakeholder group was October 14th. The
purpose of the meeting is to seek feedback on a draft replicable
protocol for state and federal approval of Alternative Emission
Reduction Plans. Comments on the draft must be received by
close-of-business, October 19, 2005. Please email comments to
