Model Year Update
This page announces the model years and type of vehicles eligible to be purchased under the AirCheckTexas program.

Effective
September 1, 2009, the Texas Commission on
Environmental Quality’s AirCheckTexas Drive a Clean Machine
(DACM) program will change model year eligibility requirements for
ALL replacement vehicles. The following model year vehicles will be
removed from the eligibility list and will no longer be eligible
for purchase under the DACM program:
- 2006 cars, SUVs, and vans;
- 2007 trucks; and
- 2008 hybrid vehicles will no longer be eligible for the
$3,500 payment.

| The last day for purchasing the above-mentioned
vehicles is August 31, 2009. |

Beginning
September 1, 2009, eligible vehicles are:
- 2010-2007 cars, SUVs, and vans;
- 2010-2008 trucks; and
- 2010-2009 hybrid vehicles will qualify for $3,500
voucher.
