Use these application forms and instructions to file Edwards Aquifer protection plans or contributing zone plans. The forms are available in WordPerfect and Portable Document Format (PDF). The latest revisions are being made available in Word format.

Please note: Do not leave any questions unanswered. If a question does not apply to your site, enter “N/A” in the blank and briefly explain why the question does not apply. All Edwards Aquifer applications must now be accompanied by a TCEQ Core Data Form. This new form will save you time, by allowing you to enter standard data—such as your name and address—only once.
