Forms for Texas Clean School Bus Grants

Forms and documents to apply for grants from the Texas Clean School Bus program.

  • Request for Grant Activities for School Bus Retrofits (PDF) (Help with PDF)–outlines the program eligibility, application process, and terms and conditions.  Please note, Addendum 5 extends the application due date to July 30, 2010.

  • Grant Application and Agreement (.XLS) – captures the applicants information, retrofit technologies to be used, and bus information; it's required to apply for grant money.
  • Addendum 5 - extends the application due date to July 30,2010.
  • Addendum 4 - increases the reimbursement rate of the diesel particulate filter to $15,000 per device per bus.
  • Addendum 3 - extends the application due date to June 30, 2010 and excludes the Diesel Multi-stage Filter (also known as a partial flow-through filter) as an optional retrofit technology.
  • Addendum 2 - extended the application due date to May 31, 2010, extended the grant eligibility to all public school districts and charter schools in Texas, and increased the maximum reimbursable rate for the partial flow-through technology.
  • Addendum 1 - extended the application due date to April 30, 2010.
