Rules for Combustion Sources (Equipment)

Owners/operators of facilities will need to determine their requirements for complying with rules for controlling NOx emissions from certain combustion sources, which include equipment such as these:

  • boilers,
  • process heaters,
  • stationary engines, and
  • turbines.
