Stakeholder Group: Chapter 115
About the Chapter 115 Stakeholder Group
The Chapter 115 Stakeholder Group is an open participation group; therefore, anyone who wishes to join may attend the meetings. The goal of the group is to seek stakeholder input on issues related to state regulations in 30 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 115, Control of Air Pollution from Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC). The group will meet periodically to discuss agency actions related to the control of VOC emissions from a wide variety of sources and to solicit stakeholder input on potential control strategies. Each meeting will focus on a specific emission source or specific rule in Chapter 115. Stakeholders are encouraged to attend those meetings that focus on specific topics or rules of interest.
