On July 24, 1996, the TCEQ adopted a revision to the Texas State Implementation Plan (SIP). The revision is known as the SUPER SIP because it includes changes to numerous portions of the State Implementation Plan. This page provides information on this revision to the SIP.

  • Post-1996 rate of progress for Beaumont–Port Arthur and Houston-Galveston-Brazoria nonattainment areas
  • Summary of the Revised 1990 Base Year Ozone Nonattainment Area State Implementation Plan Emission Inventory for All Texas Nonattainment Areas
