Key Changes: This revision incorporates into the SIP an agreed order signed by the Eastman Chemical Company, Texas Operations, of Longview, Texas, in Harrison County (account number HH-0042-M). The agreed order makes federally enforceable certain local ozoneprecursor emission reductions of nitrogen oxides (NO x) and volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
