On April 19, 2000, the TCEQ adopted a revision to the Texas State Implementation Plan (SIP) to incorporate two agreed orders into the Northeast Texas SIP. This page provides information on this revision to the SIP.

Key Changes: This revision incorporates into the SIP an agreed order signed by the Eastman Chemical Company, Texas Operations, of Longview, Texas, in Harrison County (account number HH-0042-M). The agreed order makes federally enforceable certain local ozoneprecursor emission reductions of nitrogen oxides (NO x) and volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
